Nathan Grossaint carefully and correctly found (what two other plumbers misdiagnosed) a huge water leak. He actually crawled into the swamp of a spider haven under my house without complaint and even resurfaced with a phone photo so I could see what needed to be fixed. Today he quickly repaired the pipe and even cheerfully tolerated my curiosity and hovering as he explained everything he did step by step. Oh, and he did it in less than half the time and at a small fraction of the estimates the two other companies quoted me. Nathan is a Godsend and Plumb Star Plumbing is a beautiful example of what is possible when good people run a business.”
